Terms and Conditions (AGB)

Preamble

By booking an appointment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions govern all treatments, consultations, and services provided by the Provider. Any deviations or amendments must be agreed upon in writing.

1. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations

1.1. All agreed appointments are binding.
1.2. Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated verbally or in writing at least 24 hours in advance.
1.3. In the event of late cancellation or non-attendance, the Client shall be charged 80% of the treatment price.

2. Follow-up Appointments (Touch-ups) with Botulinum Toxin

2.1. A follow-up treatment carried out within 10 to 14 days after the initial treatment shall be free of charge. After this period, the regular treatment price applies.
2.2. The same cancellation conditions apply to follow-up appointments (including touch-ups).
2.3. If such an appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, a flat fee of CHF 100 shall be payable.

3. Payment

3.1. All services must be paid immediately following the treatment or consultation.
3.2. Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards, Twint, and cash.

4. Vouchers

4.1. Vouchers may only be redeemed for treatments performed at the time of redemption.
4.2. Vouchers must be redeemed within the stated validity period; they expire no later than 12 months after issuance.
4.3. Cash redemption or transfer to third parties is excluded.
4.4. No replacement will be provided in the event of loss or theft.

5. Injection Quantities

5.1. The recommended injection quantities are guideline values only and do not constitute a guarantee of a specific result.

6. Durability and Effectiveness

6.1. The durability and effect of injected products may vary individually.
6.2. Premature degradation is beyond the Provider’s control; no liability or financial compensation shall be assumed.

7. Liability

7.1. All treatments are carried out with due care and in accordance with the current state of cosmetic and medical practice.
7.2. No guarantee is given for a specific aesthetic result.
7.3. The instructions of the treating physician are binding and include pre- and post-treatment care (see also the relevant PDFs under “Infos” on the homepage).
7.4. Failure to comply with these instructions shall void any claim to corrections or follow-up treatments.

Closing Clause

These Terms and Conditions are subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be the registered office of the Provider, unless mandatory statutory provisions prescribe otherwise.
